Meet Herrick! At age 14, he had a deep spiritual experience with God that shaped the rest of his life. He is thrilled to speak about spirituality, finding truth and helping others come to know Jesus Christ for themselves. I was deeply inspired by this conversation and really loved how palpable the love and the peace was on Herrick’s heart.

Britney's Takeaways:
- The characteristics of Jesus are that he is Love, as well as our teacher, our savior, our guide, our friend, our redeemer.
- Herrick start his day with Jesus and asks Him what he should do, then reports back to Jesus at night time and lets Him know how well he did (or did not do).
- Jesus wants us to feel comfortable to turn to him. He wants us to know he will not condemn us for our mistakes, but help us to forgive them, learn from them and let them go
- Jesus asks us to give everything to Him. Our sins/mistakes and the things we think we want and desire. He will give us forgiveness where the sins once were and he will upgrade our desires so that we are seeking what is Great and not just good.
- We can learn to have perfect willingness to follow Him and listen to His voice
